Multiple Intelligences in the Classroom, 2nd edition.

This is an excellent resource for secondary classrooms and more capable elementary students, although it is noted to be applicable to all levels.  The strategies to address various discipline problems, including distractibility, limited motivation, and poor communication are well organized.  The book offers suggestions for the novice teacher as well as creative activities for experienced teachers.
